Services and Scope

VPNBeta provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients, plan management, and subscription details are available through the user panel. Users should follow the setup guide and make sure their device and local network can connect.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. Each third-party platform decides its availability, the content it displays, and its account and payment requirements. A successful network connection does not grant permission to use third-party content.

Account and Device Rules

No email address is required to create an account; use a username and password. Keep your password, subscription details, and login session secure, and do not publish subscription credentials. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and report the issue through a support ticket.

This service supports an unlimited number of devices online at the same time, but that does not mean an account can be made available to others. Accounts and subscriptions are for the account holder only. Reselling, renting, publicly sharing, or distributing the service to others through an account is prohibited. Unlimited devices do not change the traffic allowance or billing rules of your selected plan.

Subscription Billing and Traffic Rules

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Monthly subscriptions and traffic packages follow different traffic rules. Check the type, price, and allowance before activation; available options are listed on the plan pricing page.

Check your order and payment status to avoid creating unintended orders through repeated actions. If you have questions about an order status or traffic records, submit a support ticket for review. Include relevant order details, but do not submit your account password or complete subscription credentials.

You may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for how to apply and what to expect.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located, confirm that their use of the service meets the requirements of their network, and follow the terms of the platforms they access. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe on another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Using the service for network attacks, distributing malicious software, fraud, unauthorized data access, or sending abusive messages is prohibited. Do not disrupt service infrastructure, attempt to access another person's account, or use abnormal requests to interfere with other users' connections.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connection quality depends on the local network, device configuration, international links, and the policies of the destination platform. Maintenance, upstream network changes, or third-party outages may temporarily make some routes unavailable. VPNBeta does not guarantee connectivity in every region, at all times, or to every third-party platform.

If an issue occurs, check the client settings and try another route before submitting a support ticket with details of the issue and any error messages. VPNBeta will investigate based on the circumstances. Responsibility for effects caused by third-party platform decisions, user configuration errors, or mishandled credentials will be determined according to the actual cause and applicable law. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNBeta identifies unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or activity that puts account security at risk, it may restrict related features, suspend connections, or terminate the account based on the risk. If you believe an action was taken in error, explain the situation and request a review through a support ticket. Matters involving incomplete orders will be handled under the applicable policy.

If service rules change, these terms will be updated on this page and the update month revised. Changes affecting users' significant rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already in effect for existing orders. Review any changes; if you disagree, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss how to proceed.
